At Hassle Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
